The AS Vuototecnica system responds to the operational needs of the most demanding printer while offering the same a healthier working environment due to the absence of contaminants released into the atmosphere by traditional electric pumps.
The system is composed of a metal cabinet which houses the PA and PS pneumatic pumps based on the Venturi principle. The compressed air used is minimal compared to the amount of air suctioned (or generated), with important energy savings. The suction and blowing flow rates are, in fact, determined on the basis of the real needs of the user. Maintenance of the machine is thus reduced to just the regular cleaning of the filters with microporous cartridge, capable of retaining even the finest dust. This translates into very little wasted time.
The reduced noise level, the absence of heat and the emission of air without oil vapour, water condensation or impurities contribute to making the working environment more pleasant and the paper to be separated cleaner. Additionally, the user benefits from the concentration of all the pumps and controls within a single control panel located in the vicinity of the printing machine.
On the lectern control panel, convenient and user-friendly , is located the main pneumatic switch with gauge for reading of the water network pressure; pneumatic switches, for individual control of the pumps; the vacuum gauges and pressure precision gauges; the vacuum gauges for control of the degree of blockage of the PS pumps. All contributing to increasingly high quality printing, despite the ease of use.
