As you already know, Vuototecnica developed a new product in MSVE family of vacuum generators, capable of handling even heavier loads: MSVE 20.
The novelty of this product is precisely the flow rate size that gives it its name: 20 mc/h.
MSVE 20 is therefore ideal for all industrial machines equipped with a certain number of suction cups, even of large diameter, such as cartoning machines for gripping and opening cartons, but also machines for gripping building and/or construction materials.
Like all generators in the range, it can provide a counter-blower (in this case, also enhanced) that helps cleaning and efficiency. Needless to say, this feature makes it perfect in dusty environments, such as those rich in cardboard residues, but also in marble, ceramics and wood.
Despite its large capacity, MSVE 20 is compact and for this reason it can be easily installed on board on robotic arms.
Thanks to the Energy saving device it allows a saving of compressed air and does not create pressure drops, because the check valve ensures the maintenance of vacuum when used, even in case of lack of electricity.
Moreover, it is powered at low pressure and has record-breaking emptying speeds, compared to the suction capacity, all to the advantage of short and high performance working-cycles.
