Vuototecnica participates in the great achievements of its distributors and celebrates the 40th birthday of SO.CI.MA.
A long collaboration with excellent shared results, a goal but also and above all a stage in the satisfying journey that still remains to be done together.
Founded by Alessandro Rampazzo in 1981, SO.CI.MA. has developed into a leader in the distribution and assistance of pneumatic automation in northeastern Italy.
The collaboration with Vuototecnica has been going on for more than 30 years, among other things, because, Mr. Rampazzo explains: “the end customer recognizes the brand as synonymous with reliability and excellent performance. The solutions proposed are always innovative and with the wide range of products we can satisfy the most differentiated sectors. These years of collaboration led to the development of a large number of dedicated projects, to a warehouse always stocked with the most requested products and shaped the mutual trust for sharing information, customers, projects and technical information”.
One of the latest solutions designed by SO.CI.MA. with Vuototecnica components involved a client that develops automations for hot metal stamping.
For a new machine, a vacuum generator with internal viton seals, model PVP140MV, was installed directly on the arm of a robot.
The aim was to optimize the gripping and manipulation of steel elements touching 1100 degrees.
The customer’s choice could only be Vuototecnica PVP because it is made of aluminum, with stainless steel screws and viton seals, with a modularity that allows to vary the suction capacity through the insertion of new frames.
SO.CI.MA. took care of the design of the solution and accompanied the customer along this path of optimization.
This is just one of the many successes that the company and Vuototecnica achieved together and they are celebrating on 23, 24 and 25 September with an open house.
It will be a moment of celebration but also an important opportunity to exchange opinions and build new contact opportunities.
At the SO.CI.MA headquarters in Altavilla (VI), Vuototecnica’s new products will be exhibited. Customers have the opportunity to touch the products, see them in action and speak with experts in an informal and carefree environment.
