Vuototecnica introduced a new bellows suction cup (code 01 05 09), designed to offer adaptability and optimal performance particularly in the Pharma and Packaging industries.
The suction cup, with ½ bellows of 5mm diameter, handles delicate or irregular objects with ease, such as sheet metal, labels, metal and plastic small parts, vials, syringes, tablets, capsules and other delicate products.
It has the characteristic of withdrawing on contact with the surface to be handled, with the activation of vacuum, thus creating a rapid lifting motion that prevents the load underneath from sticking to the one being lifted (This is why it is also ideal for sheeting overlapping and thin materials.)
Thanks to its great flexibility, it can compensate for flatness errors and easily grasp workpieces placed on inclined surfaces: a versatile solution even in complex situations.
This new suction cup also stands out for its speed of release, for high-speed automated processes.
The holder, made of nickel-plated brass, male threaded M5, facilitates attachment to the automatism.
The rubber suction cup is fitted to the holder without the need for adhesives and is easily replaced during maintenance.
Available in standard compounds (Anti-oil, Natural Para and Silicone) it can also be made with special compounds, for minimum production batches to be defined; to meet specific application needs.
