By now, your partnership with Vuototecnica has been developing for a few months…
Yes. This partnership enables us to collaborate more and more with technical
offices, being able to intervene increasingly at the system level on our clients’
plants and machinery. Sometimes being able to suggest how to. Some time ago,
at the Fluid fair, I was a “guest collaborator” for the whole day at the
Vuototecnica stand and I must say that all of the staff have deep technical
knowledge and are very receptive.
Other than the advantages related to deep product knowledge, what do you think about the client relationship?
