This month Mr. Carmine Del Duca of Tekno Uno srl of San Martino Buon Albergo in the province of Verona speaks to us about his company and the partnership with Vuototecnica.
Tekno Uno was set up in 1984 in Verona for the marketing of components for industrial automation for the productive activities of different sectors (mechanical, textile, food, paper, tanning, wine, stone). The objective was and still is today to support the productive companies in their work and to make machinery and industrial plants increasingly competitive and efficient both during the construction and maintenance phase. Our area of expertise is Verona and province with regard to the Vuototecnica products.
And on the partnership with Vuototecnica Mr. Del Duca emphasises the continuity with the past and the challenges for the future.
Experience in the field from around 30 years of business have allowed us to find suppliers with whom we have established increasingly solid commercial relations over the years, today becoming an integral part of their Italian distribution network . This is the context in which VUOTOTECNICA finds itself with some difference. In fact first with Mr. Giuliano Bosi and in continuity with Davide Bosi, we started discussing vacuum several years ago. Today Vuototecnica, represents for us an Italian company that aims to compete with an Italian product on the world market, and this challenge also involves us and our customers.
The end customer is of course the focus of this partnership, explains Del Duca.
From the outset, we have offered our customers technical-application support on all the products marketed. For us, it is important that our employees regularly participate in educational programs such as those proposed by Vuototecnica. Our Engineering division is responsible for proposing services that are increasingly integrated with the needs of customers. In this regard, the partnership started with VUOTOTECNICA has its greatest effect, because reference is often made to the Vacuum Plant and not to the individual components.
For us it is essential to be present on the market as a company that offers the best of Italian technology and Vuototecnica certainly allows us a similar objective.
